This is a themed clock. Themed clocks can be based on movies, sports teams, people or ideas. This clock is based on the Lord of the Rings. It includes Dwarven coins, a volcano, a special clock face, a waterfall and a map of Middle Earth set in a drawer in the base. This quartz clock has a face that includes “Second Breakfast”, “Elevenses” and other important times important to Hobbits. The face is easily removable for battery changing or transport.
The walnut slab has two natural knot holes. One is filled with “The One Ring That Rules Them All” and the other is a representation of the volcano at Mount Doom.
The Lord of the Rings themed clock also contains 5 Dwarven coins mounted in clear epoxy making them visible from both sides.
The base of the Lord of the Rings themed clock is made of walnut with maple accents. The base contains a map drawer with a removable canvas map of Middle Earth.
